◆作品規格

＜平面部門＞

Ｓ１００号（１６２㎝×１６２㎝）以内とし、壁掛け展示が可能であることとします。平面作品に準ずる壁掛けの工芸作品等も可です。

作品の厚み（奥行）は15㎝までとし、重量は額縁も含め30kg以内とします。

作品保護のため、原則として額装（仮額可）をしてください。輸送中及び審査中に擦傷等つく場合があります。またアクリル使用は可とし、ガラス使用は不可とします。

共同制作による作品は不可とします。

＜立体部門＞

一辺が７０㎝の立方体以内におさまることとし、ポール状の作品については高さを１ｍ以内とします。組み立ての必要があるものは、一次審査通過作品に限り詳細な指示図を提出していただく場合があります。

＜共通の注意事項＞

　本人制作による他の公募展で未発表の作品とします。

　応募フォームにてサイズ、素材などの仕様を明記してください。

◆作品の応募方法（一次審査）

　今回は、WEB フォームからの応募受付になります。一次審査は作品の画像データ(写真) による審査です。一次審査通過作品は現物作品を搬入していただき最終審査を行います。

〖ステップ１〗作品の写真データを準備

　出品作品の画像データを作成作品を正面からデジタル撮影またはスキャンし画像データを作成してください。

１作品につき１画像（１画像１０ＭＢ以内）合計３０MBまで。

ファイル形式：ＪＰＥＧ／ＰＮＧのいずれか。

※一次審査は、モニター上で審査・採点を行いますので、できるだけ現物作品が忠実に再現された画像をご用意ください。

〖ステップ２〗出品料の振込をお願いします

　出品料の振込み規定の出品料を日本円で下記の方法によりお支払いください。

①　枕崎国際芸術賞展特設ホームページからの入金手続き（クレジット決済等）

②　下記指定口座によるお振込み

※出品料は、理由の如何に関わらず返金できません。締切期日（ホームページでご案内いたします）までに入金を確認できないものは、審査対象外となります。

【受付期間】2022年５月30日（月）～2022年７月20日（水）

・枕崎国際芸術賞展特設ホームページ内から入り応募フォーム（外部サイト「公募ガイドあつま～る」へリンク）を開きます。

・応募フォームの各項目について必要事項をすべて入力します。

・続いてページ内の指示に従い、出品作品の画像をアップロードします。

・出品申込受付が正常に完了すると、登録されたアドレスに受付完了の通知メールが届きます。

◆一次審査～結果通知

４名の審査員により作品の画像審査を行い、一次審査通過作品６0 作品（平面、立体作品

すべて含む）を選出します。

※1 名の複数作品が選出された場合は、さらに最上位作品1 点を選出します。

審査結果(通過の可否) は2022 年７月下旬～８月初旬に応募者全員にメールにて通知し

ます。

◆最終審査（二次審査）

最終審査（予定：2022年８月23日）は、現物作品にて各賞を決定します。

一次審査を通過した６0名の方には、個別に現物作品搬入(送付) についてのご案内を差し上げます。現物作品の搬入出における輸送費用は、出品者負担になります。

※輸送業者はヤマト運輸美術品支店をご案内いたします。
※審査結果についてのお問い合わせは受け付けておりませんのでご了承ください。

＊入賞・入選作品の占有使用権は、展覧会の終了時まで主催者に帰属します。

＊入賞・入選作品の画像、出品申込書などに記載された事項は、図録や報道、広告ホームページ、その他関連媒体・資料等に主催者が使用、掲載する権利を許諾するものとし、主催者から第三者への再許諾もできるものとします。

＊観覧者個人による会場風景や作品の写真撮影、およびブログなどのインターネットへの掲載は可とします。（他来場者の肖像、商業目的の撮影・使用は不可）予めご了承ください。

＊作品中に使用される美術写真等については、必ず著作権者の承諾を得たうえで応募してください。出品規定に違反する作品、また第三者の権利（著作権，肖像権等）を侵害する作品であることが明らかになった場合には、入賞及び入選を取り消す場合があります。仮に第三者から権利侵害、損害賠償等の主張がなされたとしても、応募者自らの責任で対処することとし、主催者は一切の責任を負いません。

＊怪我、火傷などに繋がる危険な造形物や、建物を傷つける可能性のあるもの、また害虫等が発生するものや異臭を発する作品などは受付できません。

＊未乾、倉庫保管に適さない、運送に耐えられない作品などは受付できない場合があります。

＊受取りが無い作品については、搬出指定日より起算して半年を経過した時点で受取放棄と判断し、　処分いたします。また処分に要した費用( 着払返送料を含む) は出品者の負担となります。

＊作品の取扱いには、細心の注意を払いますが、不可抗力、不測の事態による作品の損傷などにおきましては主催者及び業務受託者は一切その責任を負いません。

申込み時に入力していただいた氏名、住所、活動歴などの個人情報は、枕崎国際芸術賞展事務局で厳重に管理し、下記目的に限り使用いたします。

International Art Exhibition in Makurazaki will provide a venue for the presentation and appreciation of outstanding works of art by soliciting entries from all over the world. Furthermore, the event aims to promote international cultural exchange and enhance local culture as a center for art and culture. The following are guidelines for the exhibition. We hope to receive many works full of creativity.

Qualifications:

Acceptable Entries:

Two-dimensional and three-dimensional works

 
Artwork Standards:

 <For two-dimensional works>

Entries must be no larger than size 100 (162㎝×162㎝) and be able to be hung on a wall. Wall-display crafts equivalent to two-dimensional works are also acceptable.

The thickness (depth) of the work should be no more than 15 cm, and the weight should not exceed 30 kg, including the frame.

To protect the work, it should be framed (temporary frames are acceptable). There is a possibility that the work may be scratched during transportation or the process of screening.

The use of acrylic is allowed, but glass is not. Collaborative works are also not allowed.

 <Three-dimensional works>

Entries must fit into a cubic box 70 cm on each side. Rod-like works must be no higher than 1m. You may be asked to submit detailed instructions for pieces that have passed the 1st screening.

 <Notes on both types of works>

The work must be created by the applicant and has not been shown at any other public exhibition.

 Please specify the size, material, and other specifications of the submitting piece in the application form.

Maximum 3 pieces per person. No group entries will be accepted.

Prizes

Prizes will be decided as listed below from selected works from both the two-dimensional and three-dimensional pieces.

Second Prize: 1 Entry / 1,000,000 yen

Honorable Mention: Three Entries / 200,000 yen

Sponsors’ Prize: Few Entries / 100,000 yen

U22 Prize: 1 Entry / 50,000 yen

U18 Prize: 1 Entry / 50.000 yen

Audience (citizen’s) Prize: 1 Entry / 50,000 yen

*The grand prize and second prize entries will be purchased with prize money and shall become the property of the event hosts.

*The Audience Prize will be selected by the visitors' votes and exclude the winners of other awards.

* Selected works will be posted on the website with the artist's name.

*Participants are required to bear their owns travel expenses for attending the award ceremony.    *The event may be canceled to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

How to Enter (1st round of screening)

Applications will be accepted via the web entry form for this exhibition. The 1st round of screening will be based on your work's image data (photographs). If your work passes the 1st round, you will be asked to bring in your actual work for the final screening.

Step 1: Create image data for the work

Digitally photograph or scan the photo of your work from the front to create image data.

One image data per work (10MB or less per image), up to 30MB in total.

File format: JPEG or PNG.

*In the 1st round of screening, the work will be judged using a monitor. Please prepare an image that genuinely depicts the original work as much as possible.

Step 2: Paying the submission fee

Please pay the specified submission fee in Japanese yen by the following method.

 Making a payment via the International Art Exhibition in Makurazaki website (credit card payment, etc)

*Please deposit the submission fee in the name you apply for the exhibition and keep your bank statements and other records of your transfers. You will also be responsible for bank transfer fees (overseas remittance fees, lifting charge fees, and any related banking fees).

 The entry fee is non-refundable regardless of the reason. Items for which payment cannot be confirmed by the deadline (to be announced on the website) will not be considered.

Step 3: Applying via the website

Acceptance Period: May 30th, 2022 (Monday) to July 20th, 2022 (Wednesday)

Fill in all the necessary information for each item on the application form.

Follow the instructions on the page to upload the images of your work.

When the application process is completed successfully, an email notification will be sent to the address you have registered.

 1st round of Screening - Notification of Results

Four judges will review the images of the works and select 60 works (including all two-dimensional and three-dimensional works) that pass the 1st round of screening.

*If more than one work submitted by the same applicant is selected, one work will be selected as the top-ranked work.

All applicants will be notified of the results (acceptance or rejection) by email in late July or early August 2022.

 
Final Screening (2nd screening)

Each prize will be decided based on the actual work in the 2nd screening (scheduled for August 23rd, 2022).

The 60 entrants who pass the 1st screening will be notified individually on shipping their works. The entrant will be responsible for the transportation costs of the actual work.

*For shipment, the contacts for the Fine Arts Transport of Yamato Transport will be provided.
*Please note that we do not accept inquiries about the screening results.

* The right to use the prize-winning and award-winning works belongs to the organizer until the end of the exhibition.

 * The organizer grants the right to use and publish the images of the prize-winning and award-winning works and the information written on the application form, etc., in catalogs, news reports, advertising websites, and other related media and materials. Furthermore, the organizer reserves the right to sublicense them to third parties.

 * Individual visitors are allowed to take photographs of the exhibition and artworks and post them on the internet, including blogs (photographs of other visitors or for commercial purposes are not permitted).

* Please be sure to obtain the permission of the copyright holder for any art photographs used in the work before submitting. If it becomes clear that the work violates the entry rules or infringes on the rights of a third-party (e.g., copyright, portrait rights, etc.), the award or selection may be canceled. Even if a third-party claims infringement of rights or compensation for damages, the entrant will be responsible for handling the matter independently. The organizer will not bear any responsibility.

* We do not accept dangerous objects that may lead to injuries or burns, objects that may damage the building, objects that may cause pest infestation, or objects that emit foul odors.

* We may not accept works that are not yet dry, are not suitable for storage in a warehouse, or cannot withstand transportation.

* If there is no receipt of the work, it will be deemed abandoned and disposed of after six months from the designated removal date. The exhibitor will bear the cost of disposal (including return postage).

* The utmost care will be taken in handling the work; however, the organizer and its subcontractors will not be held responsible for any damage to the works caused by force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.
